Module 1 – Injury Management

  • This section teaches you a revolutionary never seen before concept that breaks down any sport into its functional sports demands. This allows anyone working with an athlete to understand better the sport-specific requirements, which can aid in training, sports performance development, or return to sport rehabilitation following an injury.

Module 2 – Foundations for Training 1

  • In this segment, you will learn the different types of sporting play and the environment in which sport exists. Four types of play/environment combinations will help anyone wanting to work with athletes, design a program for their sports performance training, prevent overuse injuries, or return from injury rehabilitation.

Module 3 – Athletic Development

  • In this section, you will learn seven different practice design variables to be utilized when designing your athlete’s or team’s practice design. These variables will help anyone who wants to work with athletes reach their full athletic potential, prevent overuse injuries or a successful return from an injury, and get back into the game.
